EU Right of withdrawal
You have the right of withdrawal and can withdraw from any contract within 14 days of receiving the delivery, without giving reasons or making a payment.
To exercise your right of cancellation you must inform us in writing by email to the following address: info@sukie.co.uk
You may use the attached cancellation form, or you may email us directly if you prefer.
To meet the cancellation deadline you must contact us within the 14 day period.
Consequence of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract within the specified 14 days you are then obliged to return the items to us within 14 days of the withdrawal notice. Please provide evidence of postage and note that we may not issue a refund until we have either received the goods, or been able to verify the evidence of postage - whichever is sooner.
Reimbursement will be made for the cost of the item plus the original postage paid, you will be responsible for the payment of the return postage and any associated customs fees.
For reimbursement we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
