Refunds & exchanges

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however we will exchange or refund any (non personalised) item within 30 days.

Please contact us by email prior to returning the item to obtain a return code and send it back to us in the condition it was received including attached tags or protective packaging if applicable.

We suggest obtaining a proof of postage for your return to make sure the item gets back to us (we can’t refund if we do not receive the item).

On receipt of the item we will either exchange or fully refund the original purchase including shipping, but please note that you will need to pay the postage for the item to be returned to us.

Personalised products

We regret that personalised products are non-refundable unless we have made an error with the personalisation – in which case we will either send a replacement or refund as per your request. So, please read the descriptions carefully (including size of the product) and double check your personalisation before purchase. If you realise you have made a mistake please do call or email and if the item has not been posted we will make the necessary changes. Please note that personalised products are often dispatched same day.

Damaged items

We quality check every item before it leaves us, but if for any reason it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48hrs. It would also be helpful if you could attach a photo of the damage.
