Designed in our studio in Sussex, each image starts out as a lino cut, it is then scanned into the computer to create the design and finally, printed, cut & boxed by hand in India. Each card is 'screen printed' using a technique of mixing inks and printing each colour as a seperate layer giving a slightly raised and chalky feel.

We have been working with the same manufacturers in India for over 10 years and think that the old fashioned methods of printing and construction they use suit the Sukie brand perfectly.
