Ordering information, delivery and returns
Thank you for placing an order, we hope that you will cherish your Sukie purchase and that it will brighten your day!
Ordering should be easy, but please do not hesitate to get in contact if you have any questions at all. You can call us Monday to Friday 9am -5pm on 01323 727001, please ask for ‘online sales’. Or, you can email us: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try and get back to you the same day. Please note the studio is not open at the weekend, but we will reply to any messages on Monday morning.
Ordering personalised items:
All personalised orders are currently directed through to our store on ‘notonthehighstreet.com’ which have their own terms & conditions, shipping details and payment options (clearly visable on the product pages). Usually, it would be easier to order these items directly from our notonthehighstreet store. However, if you are wanting to make multiple purchases of both personalised and standard items please call us and we will be able to take your order and payment details over the phone.
All payments are securely taken and you can pay by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Most orders are sent out by Royal Mail, we aim to get them packed up and sent out within 24hrs and then send them 1st class which can take between 1-3 days. Sometimes, for larger items we sent via a courier service and delivery is usually within 48hrs. If you are ordering something that will not fit through the letterbox please note that a calling card may be left, or you can choose to have the item delivered to a work address. Please let us know if you have any special delivery instructions eg. Leave in front porch/ leave with neighbour.
International deliveries are sent in the same way but please allow up to 15 days for delivery especially for deliveries outside Western Europe.
We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, but if you wish to return it Sukie will exchange or refund any items within 14 days of receipt provided they are returned in their original condition with any tags or original packaging remaining on the item. In the case of refunds, the cost of the item plus the original postage will be refunded, not the cost of the return postage. Return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
We recommend returning the item with a recorded service as we cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing in transit.
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know within 24hrs.
